As you release the ways you have held the world in judgment and all the ways you have seen yourself as less than this holy heart of God I Am, then you will find after the release must come the Love. As the bindings fall away, what is revealed to you are the ways that you have succumbed to the lie that there is anything else but the freedom and Love of God I Am and the glorious Light and beauty. You already know that only that which is loved can be transformed. Yet how easy it is to forget this, and to find yourself in a position of fear or feeling adversarial when there rises in you all the limiting thoughts of the ego, when your heart feels My presence and feels the freedom. Yet, dearest ones, you cannot love that which you hold in judgment in any way at all. As you know, judgment can be so subtle that it can present itself in the guise of being informed. But deep within you know the truth of resonance. You know that when you are free to hold something in Love, there is movement at last. Then there is true release of the things that you have believed define you and speak of who you are. You have a whole set of definitions that define the human, taking into account your life experiences. The truth is that every one of these must be set free, released, for you are not and never can be a limited human when you are truly the open heart of God. So you cannot love that which you have not forgiven, released, set free from the bonds of judgment that keep you ever feeling your separation from the wholeness of life as celebration and your limitless nature as the heart of God. Thus do I encourage you to call forth the Angel of Forgiveness and let him/her show you where you are holding ideas of fear and feelings of separation, isolation and separation from Me and from the joy of life. You will find that I Am present as she takes you through the deep and powerful choice for acceptance, for bringing those things that you have pushed away into your heart, releasing resistance and finding at last true peace. When you are no longer identified with your life as a limited being, as a human being who has lived in a world of fear, then you are free to be the living conduit, the heart of God filled with pure Love, that Love can wash your life free of every perception of “not enough,” of pain or fear. Love can wash you of every pocket of lack or limitation, of seeing life happening to you. Once you are released from participation in the dance of duality that is the ego’s dream, then at last your heart can be the vehicle of transformation, alive at the Moment of Creation itself. When needed, you may call forth assistance, until Love is your only experience, no matter what presents itself before your vision within or without -- the inner world within you or the world in which you live, for you are Love and you are meant to be the freedom of the world. Only that which is released from the bondage of judgment that holds you firmly in the dualistic world can then be available to be transformed back into the particles of God life, the electrons of pure energy filled with the substance of Love that you might build a new creation based in the heart and freedom. Only that which is loved can be transformed and only that which is forgiven, released, is free to be loved. So before you now are the two steps of your awakening that you might live in the world that Love creates and nothing else. It is a world where every stream of life communicates with you in joy and brings you gifts of the living Spirit, creating a mandala of indescribable beauty that is the life that you live each day. The boundaries between the world and what is physical and that which is the living Spirit I Am soon fall away and life becomes the expression of Light, joined with Love, to create more beauty, moment to moment. Thus shall all perceptions of limitation fall away including the old heart’s belief of death, for if life is one continual movement of Love and Light, of consciousness and Love as they create, then there can be no boundaries anywhere at all. There can be nothing which has to end, but only the ever-more glorious expression of life in which all is alive and moving and nothing is held in any form of limitation, created by old heart’s beliefs and old world experiences of life. We call this energy, the "negative Atlantis Codes", and we know that these are based on false ideas and information and a lack of true understanding of the processes of Human Evolution on the Planet. But, it is these that are being used and manipulated by those who seek to maintain control of the Earth and her people through fear and to deny them their Freedom. Beloved Ones, you are Free! Know that you are Free! Know that you no longer need to carry fear and anxiety about apocalyptic destruction scenarios. 12:43 am	~~ Integrating our Shadow Self ~~ I just read the latest Ascending Cosmic Pulse message by Shala Mata and I felt especially touched at the end, when it talked about befriend our shadow. It was so healing to read that...our shadow deserves love, and it deserves a loving friend which mirrors back unconditional love! Here's the message: "The Ascending Cosmic Pulse By Shala Mata August 2009 ~~ Integrating our Shadow Self ~~ When we stand in the light, we cast a shadow which represents our hidden or lower nature self. Our shadow is the other side of us – the part that is often considered our “alter ego”. The shadow self contains our negative programming, suppressed emotions of a lower nature – i.e.: anger, jealousy, greed etc. Over the past several months we have been transmuting and transforming many layers of our hidden self, revealing the old – most of which we knew about but had forgotten when we packed away our pain. July’s eclipses were a laser beam of potent light into our deepest most hidden parts. The Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse on July 7th opened with energy and light to illuminate our PAST. What were we holding from our past that was lighting our future? The New Moon/Solar Eclipse of July 21st accrued the energy of both into a light to illuminate our NOW. This eclipse lasted approximately 6 minutes – the longest timing in many generations and will not be repeated in duration until 2132. What part of us was hiding from the present? What old energy could make space for the moment? Both of these powerful energy transmissions united the divine masculine and divine feminine as a living matrix of potential. This living matrix creates an intense energy of change as we move toward the final eclipse in this trinity. August 5th – Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse at 5:55 pm PDT. The energy of this eclipse unites the living matrix of the July eclipses and holds light to illuminate our FUTURE. It will activate crystalline light codes with our hearts, opening a more conscious level of transparent communication and co-creation. The thoughts, words, actions, deeds that we have now during this timing of August will create a bridge or link with the potentials we wish to manifest NOW. It is a powerful time of quiet contemplation, looking deep inside and seeing our shadow and ALL that is wanting to be united within our heart light. Situations that stifle or oppress will become intolerable. Our shadow self longs to be united within the loving creative light of our heart. During an evening meditation, I kept hearing the name Drunvalo Melchizedek, and seeing a translucent heart pulsing in and out of form and hearing a soft ancient chant. The heart was gateway and welcoming me deep into its cushion of love. Over the past years, I have done two magical workshops with Drunvalo and have read several of his books. I haven’t thought about him for years and wondered why now? I had lost all the information I had on his website so I googled his name. Up came a new website http://www.onelotus.net The front page said it all…… The Lotus Om Mani Padme Hum The Tibetans wrote these esoteric words on every stone in their land, to sing the Truth to All of Heaven; “Within you heart there is a lotus, and within this lotus there is a diamond”. “This diamond is the source of Creation and in all of Creation, there is only One Lotus.” The energy of August will continue to be intense and “change” in all manner and form will be the energy we surf. Every part of our electrical and energetic wiring was affected during the recent energy transmissions. During this month, we will ride, surf, and paddle the waves of change. Many of us have been feeling an intense anxiety running just under the surface of our daily lives. We have had times of feeling a deep sadness or melancholy as we looked at our lives and the “shadow” side of ourselves. The profound energy of change in August will reveal our shadow self and the fire of August will alchemically transmute and transform the parts we reveal. The size of the reveal is up to each individual. We have the opportunity to go for it all this month and merge our shadow self within our hearts and let it blossom into light. This will take great focus, intention, and place of non-resistance – it’s not for the faint of heart, but it is a gateway open to us during this powerful timing. There are many ways to surf the waves of change, for some it is to gently walk along the beach, allowing the waves to gently touch them. For others it is to run full throttle into the surf with gay abandon. For others it is to have the perfect surfboard and all the right gear – it makes no difference how you surf, or when you surf. Just understand you WILL be surfing and it’s up to each one of us how this manifests change in our lives. During the month of July, many of us felt the need to question and review our lives, the choices we’ve made and the outcomes. Reflection and review helped us to see what is flowing and what appears stuck or blocked. This review included all aspects of our personal and professional relationships, our family, business, health etc… August has the ability to bring about dramatic change in the areas we found to be blocked or stuck. For the early part of the month, we may feel like we are in a null zone – where everything is still and nothing is happening. Where we feel the need rush in order to slow down. This is frustrating and can easily take us out of our hearts – where we wonder what we are doing wrong and how much more can we take? In truth, the courage will be in letting go what has already be examined and reviewed over the past several months. Since January of this year, we have been bringing to the surface old patterns, behaviors, beliefs, that are limiting or holding a charge emotionally. August is the month where we can turn the tide on our shadow self and allow change to speak clearly from our heart. The letting go can and will cause doubt for many of us as we paddle bravely into the fiery month of August. The day of the July 7th Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse I was driving with a colleague from Calgary, Alberta back to the coast where I live. The sky was dark and ominous, and as we pulled onto the highway, the rain and thunder started. It was raining so hard we could barely see, and streams of water were washing down the highway. I remember thinking how auspicious to be driving into a storm during the first eclipse. That storm is still raging within the personal and collective energy of many, and it is has the ability to wash away any debris in our way. The choice is ours, but it can often mean facing a deep truth about ourselves, the condition of our relationships, our health, even our bank accounts - any part of our lives that is not harmonious will change in this energy. August 8th - Last year in August we experienced the 888. This year while not a triple digit code of awakening it is still nonetheless a powerful amplifier of the eclipse on the 5th. The energy of the eclipse sits in Aquarius and the 88 sits in Gemini. This is most likely the most potent day of August as these two energies co-mingle and manifest change hard and fast. This will be energy to reset your direction. August 20th – New Moon – 3:02 am PDT. This new moon will be a breath of fresh air, giving us new oxygen to make some major decisions that will further the changes underway this month. Endings and Beginnings. The trinity of eclipses brought in a greater bandwidth of balanced divine masculine and divine feminine energy. Our body is deciphering these new codes of light and as expected is experiencing the typical symptoms of integration. Headaches, body aches, rashes, infections, low back pain, fatigue, food cravings, weight fluctuations, depression, melancholy, angry outbursts, impatience, digestion issues etc…. During the month of August, we have the great opportunity to merge more deeply within the sacred space of our hearts, where change and creation can only be manifest from. We are birthing through our hearts our new lives, our new earth, and our new consciousness. It is vital that each of us enter the sacred space of our heart, and focus our energy from there to our relationships, our bodies, our families, our work, our communities, and our beloved Mother Earth. We are all connected and each of us a powerful receiver and transmitter of energy. Focusing energy is part of our Mastery. We are learning that our ability to affect change with our thoughts and energy is our birthright, and is a preparatory stage in our ascension process. During this month, our cells will hear a new “tune” as our harmonic signature changes. Our bodies will require rest and extra care as we harmonize this current transmission. Many of us are working diligently with our higher dimensional brothers and sisters to manifest change in our personal and collective lives. August will be rife with opportunities showing up as co-created over the past months. Things will flow easier during the later part of the month, and the energy softens and expands within our hearts. Our shadow self will be a welcome addition within our heart, and we will be well served to make friends and let go of any judgments on what the shadow may have been in the past. 7:24 pm	Love your body! Message from the Angels My dear friends, we love you so very much. Treat your bodies well dear ones, for they are the vehicles, the classroom, and the manifestation of your spirit in human form. So many of you take better care of your cars, your houses, or your possessions than your own body. Your body, luckily is very forgiving. Your body does not require 'special' diets, products, or treatments, other than what it dictates. If you begin to develop a relationship with your body, it will tell you what it requires for its greatest health and well being. To try to reshape and control the body is fine, but do so with love, gentleness, and a willingness to listen to the body's desires as well. If you want to lose weight, don't criticize the body. Instead become quiet in your mind and heart and see what 'weight' your soul is carrying first. Are you taking on the weight of the world? Are you bearing a burden of unforgiveness, or sadness. Handle the emotional and spiritual weights first, then thank your body for bringing this to your attention and ask it to guide you in releasing what it is you want to release. You may just be surprised that when you treat your body as your best friend, it begins to respond in kind. To heal your body go within and ask it what it is trying to teach you. Your body is not your adversary. It will suffer all manner of ills to help you learn a lesson. And while it is true that genetics, environmental factors, and substances here upon your planet earth, in a physical sense can certainly contribute to and trigger illness, there are also and always spiritual factors to take into account. Why is it one person gets sick in the office while another remains well? You can blame the genetics or the immune system, and while that is true on one level you can also see that maybe this person never rests unless they are sick, or maybe they were raised to believe they are prone to illness. Maybe they get positive attention at home when ill. Maybe it is the only time a giving soul allows themselves to receive. There are so many reasons one's body can get off balance. Rather than judging or guessing, ask your body to help you understand its messages. In this fashion you can love an illness to death. You can, along with conventional medical treatments, give gratitude to a cancer for the lessons it is bringing and thereby heal the spiritual component of the illness. When your tummy aches, you can ask what you have trouble stomaching in the rest of your life. If your feet hurt, are there fears of standing tall, or putting your foot down. These are simply excamples dear friends - we would rather that you talk to your own bodies to learn from their wisdom. There are some people upon the planet earth who are not meant to physically heal from their ills. Their soul set up lessons to be learned and lessons to be shared with others via these conditions. And yet by surrendering to the condition, these souls often become very powerful teachers for others - they teach love, compassion, gratitude, acceptance, and are often angels of grace. It is so very important never to judge oneself or another, but rather only to understand the relationship between your body and your soul. Above all, dear friends, stop criticizing yourselves. You are all so very beautiful to us. Whether you are tiny or large, whether your complexion is smooth or mottled, whether you are a star athlete or a crippled person, you are all gorgeous beyond compare. If you could see the souls living in these bodies as we do, you would never ever again judge a book by its cover, and you wouldn't think to critisize the housing for your own beautiful soul. By all means, enjoy your bodies dear friends, treat them well, develop a friendship with them, and listen to their wisdom. 10:28 pm	HOW TO CHANGE by Louise Hay HOW TO CHANGE by Louise L. Hay “I cross bridges with joy and with ease.” Louise L. Hay I love “how to’s.” All the theory in the world is useless unless we know how to apply it and make a change. I have always been a very pragmatic, practical person with a great need to know how to do things. The principles we will be working with at this time are: * Nurturing the willingness to let go * Controlling the mind, and * Learning how forgiveness of self and others releases us. Releasing the Need Sometimes when we try to release a pattern, the whole situation seems to get worse for a while. This is not a bad thing. It is a sign that the situation is beginning to move. Our affirmations are working, and we need to keep going. Examples: * We are working on increasing prosperity, and we lose our wallet. * We are working on improving our relationships, and we have a fight. * We are working on becoming healthy, and we catch a cold. * We are working on expressing our creative talents and abilities, and we get fired. Sometimes the problem moves in a different direction, and we begin to see and understand more. For example, let’s assume you are trying to give up smoking and you are saying, "I am willing to release the need for cigarettes." As you continue to do this, you notice your relationships becoming more uncomfortable. Don't despair, this is a sign of the process working. You might ask yourself a series of questions like: Am I willing to give up uncomfortable relationships? Were my cigarettes creating a smoke screen so I wouldn't see how uncomfortable these relationships are? Why am I creating these relationships? You notice the cigarettes are only a symptom and not a cause. Now you are developing insight and understanding that will set you free. You begin to say, "I am willing to release the need for uncomfortable relationships." Then you notice the reason you’re so uncomfortable is that other people always seem to be criticizing you. Being aware that we always create all of our experiences, you now begin to say, "I am willing to release the need to be criticized." You then think about criticism, and you realize that as a child you received a lot of criticism. That little kid inside of you only feels at home when it is being criticized. Your way of hiding from this had been to create a "smoke screen". Perhaps you see the next step as affirming, "I am willing to forgive..." As you continue to do your affirmations, you may find that cigarettes no longer attract you, and the people in your life no longer criticize you. Then you know you have released your need. This usually takes a little while to work out. If you are gently persistent and are willing to give yourself a few quiet moments each day to reflect on your process of change, you will get the answers. The Intelligence within you is the same Intelligence that created this entire planet. Trust your Inner Guidance to reveal to you whatever it is you need to know. Exercise: Releasing the Need In a workshop situation, I would have you do this exercise with a partner. However, you can do it equally as well using a mirror, a big one, if possible. Think for a moment about something in your life you want to change. Go to the mirror and look into your eyes and say out loud, “I now realize that I have created this condition, and I am now willing to release the pattern in my consciousness that is responsible for this condition.” Say it several times, with feeling. If you were with a partner, I would have your partner tell you if he really thought you meant it. I would want you to convince your partner. Ask yourself if you really mean it. Convince yourself in the mirror that this time you are ready to step out of the bondage of the past. At this point many people get scared because they don't know HOW to do this releasing. They are afraid to commit themselves until they know all the answers. It's only more resistance. Just pass through it. One of the great things is that we do not have to know how. All we need is to be willing. The Universal Intelligence or your subconscious mind will figure out the hows. Every thought you think and every word you speak is being responded to, and the point of power is in this moment. The thoughts you are thinking and the words you are declaring at this moment are creating your future. Your Mind Is a Tool You are much more than your mind. You may think that your mind is running the show, but that is only because you have trained your mind to think in this way. You can also untrain and retrain this tool of yours. Your mind is a tool for you to use in any way you wish. The way you now use your mind is only a habit, and habits, any habits, can be changed if we want to do so, or even if we only know it is possible to do so. Quiet the chatter of your mind for a moment, and really think about this concept: YOUR MIND IS A TOOL YOU CAN CHOOSE TO USE ANY WAY YOU WISH. The thoughts you "choose" to think create the experiences you have. If you believe that it is hard or difficult to change a habit or a thought, then your choice of this thought will make it true for you. If you would choose to think, "It is becoming easier for me to make changes", then your choice of this thought will make that true for you. Controlling the Mind There is an incredible power and intelligence within you that is constantly responding to your thoughts and words. As you learn to control your mind by the conscious choice of thoughts, you align yourself with this power. Do not think that your mind is in control. You are in control of your mind. You use your mind. You can stop thinking those old thoughts. When your old thinking tries to come back and say, “It’s so hard to change,” take mental control. Say to your mind, “I now choose to believe it is becoming easier for me to make changes.” You may have to have this conversation with your mind several times for it to acknowledge that you are in control and that what you say goes. The Only Thing You Ever Have Any Control of Is Your Current Thought Your old thoughts are gone; there is nothing you can do about them except live out the experiences they caused. Your current thought, the one you are thinking right now, is totally under your control. Example: If you have a little child who has been allowed to stay up as late as she wishes for a long time, and then you make a decision that you now want this child to go to bed at 8:00 every night, what do you think the first night will be like? The child will rebel against this new rule and may kick and scream and do her best to stay out of bed. If you relent at this time, the child wins and will try to control you forever. However, if you calmly stick to your decision and firmly insist that this is the new bedtime, the rebellion will lessen. In two or three nights, the new routine will be established. It is the same thing with your mind. Of course it will rebel at first. It does not want to be retrained. But you are in control, and if you stay focused and firm, in a very short time the new way of thinking will be established. And you will feel so good to realize that you are not a helpless victim of your own thoughts, but rather a master of your own mind. Exercise: Letting Go As you read this, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, allow all the tension to leave your body. Let your scalp and your forehead and your face relax. Your head does not need to be tense in order for you to read. Let your tongue and your throat and your shoulders relax. You can hold a book with relaxed arms and hands. Do that now. Let your back and your abdomen and your pelvis relax. Let your breathing be at peace as you relax your legs and feet. Is there a big change in your body since you began the previous paragraph? Notice how much you hold on. If you are doing it with your body, then you are doing it with your mind. In this relaxed, comfortable position, say to yourself, “I am willing to let go. I release. I let go. I release all tension. I release all fear. I release all anger. I release all guilt. I release all sadness. I let go of all old limitations. I let go, and I am at peace. I am at peace with myself. I am at peace with the process of life. I am safe.” Go over this exercise two or three times. Feel the ease of letting go. Repeat it whenever you feel thoughts of difficulty coming up. It takes a little practice for the routine to become a part of you. When you put yourself into this peaceful state first, it becomes easy for your affirmations to take hold. You become open and receptive to them. There is no need to struggle or stress or strain. Just relax and think the appropriate thoughts. Yes, it is this easy. Physical Releasing Sometimes we need to experience a physical letting go. Experiences and emotions can get locked in the body. Screaming in the car with all the windows rolled up can be very releasing if we have been stifling our verbal expression. Beating the bed or kicking pillows is a harmless way to release pent-up anger, as is playing tennis or running. Awhile ago, I had a pain in my shoulder for a day or two. I tried to ignore it, but it wouldn’t go away. Finally, I sat down and asked myself, “What is happening here? What am I feeling?” I realized, “It feels like burning. Burning... burning... that means anger. What are you angry about?” I couldn’t think of what I was angry about, so I said, “Well, let’s see if we can find out.” I put two large pillows on the bed and began to hit them with a lot of energy. After about twelve hits, I realized exactly what I was angry about. It was so clear. So I beat the pillows even harder and made some noise and released the emotions from my body. When I got through, I felt much better, and the next day my shoulder was fine. 10:19 am	I just read an amazing Kryon channeling by Lee Carroll. Reading it helped me remember how powerful true love is! It helped clarify about what's really going on when two people fall in love. They are choosing to have their hearts wide open, and things go magically when that happens! And I love what it says in the end about trusting, without needing all of the "intellectual details"! We don't need to know it "intellectually" because we KNOW it on another level! Our authentic essence allows us to do that! I just had an Aha moment about that!
